They make fresh tofu here! Service isn't amazing so don't expect it. Definitely a hole in the wall kinda deal. My family and I have been ordering with them for a long time and I'm surprised that they are still busy. Most of the Vietnamese community knows to come here for the fresh tofu. They have other desserts as we.

Come here for fresh tofu. Pick it out. They have mushroom tofu, lemongrass tofu and just regular white tofu. Ask them to fry it for you! They will cut it into little squares and do so. :) saves u a trip from going home to frying it.

The pudding tofu with ginger syrup here is also made fresh! One of my favorite Vietnamese desserts.

This is a little store that sells tofu and some Asian pastries and it was good. I ordered the lemongrass tofu and it was fried. They don't have sauces so you need to make your own. They also don't have tables. This is a store not a restaurant.

The tofu here is good, yes, and the service is pretty much, well, full service. (No complaints in either of THOSE departments. Nope.)

To be candid, though, I DO worry about sanitation here.
    Seriously.

It's not exactly immaculate in here. (In fact, it's far from it.)

I'm not trying to hurt a small, locally owned business, no, but I'm hoping that the proprietor will read this Yelp review (or at least hear about it) and then strive to clean his/her business up.

I'll re-evaluate things in a month or two and either a) increase my Yelp star rating, or b) let it stand should things not improve.

First time dining in this state (from Long Beach, CA). Decided to check out this spot after having some good pho next door at Pho Lien Hoa.

Anyhow, half the stuff bought here were disgusting.. hard, old, and had a bad smell.. Some items in the fridge had mold! I wouldn't come back!! The banh thach were fairly small, and even smaller after unwrapping the ten million layers of banana leaves!!

The two ladies there were really nice, especially their tattooed eyebrows ;)
